Architectural design

The initial phase of every project involves a site survey. We'll visit your property, gather measurements, and collaborate with you on design concepts.

Once the project's scope is understood, we'll develop and refine conceptual designs through client feedback sessions.

Once you approve the initial designs, we'll proceed to generate comprehensive construction drawings and a detailed build specification.

Should your project require it, we will also apply for planning permissions and deal with all liaisons with the planning department. 

Once your project is ready for construction, J.H. Studio can offer a project management service that includes liaison with local building contractors.
